Online Enrolment
To enrol please follow the steps below.|
1) Read the Conditions of Enrolment.
2) Open and print out the Enrolment Form. 3) Fill in your information on screen then print out. Alternatively, you can print out a blank form and fill in with blue or black pen. 4) Sign the form. 5) Send it to Cambridge Academy by one of the following channels: o Scan, attach to email, and send it to cambridgeqld@hotmail.com. o Fax it to 61-7-3666-0255. o Post it to L4/269 Wickham Street, Fortitude Valley, QLD 4006 Australia. 6) You will also need to attach the following documents with your Enrolment Form: o Certified copy of your passport. o Certified copy of your academic transcript. o Certified copy of your academic report from your previous study in Australia (if applicable.) |
