Complaints
If you are a current student or previously studied at Cambridge Academy and you would like to make a complaint please follow the steps below.|
1) Open the Student Complaint / Grievance Form.
2) Fill in your information and complaint(s) on screen then print out. Alternatively, you can print out a blank form and fill in with blue or black pen. 3) Sign the form. 4) Send it to Cambridge Academy by one of the following channels: o Scan, attach to email, and send it to camacad@tpg.com.au. o Fax it to 61-7- 3221-8990. o Post it to L1/231 George Street, Brisbane, QLD 4000 Australia. |
